can't wait to cook this today - since i am stuck in Milano for xmas (weather drama, flights cancelled), am having a few friends over for an unconventional seasonal meal: mushroom soup/pomegranate goats cheese salad/pumpkin risotto/carrot cake... risotto recipe above from what katie ate.
