one of my targets this year is to be healthier - 5 portions of fruit & veg a day, min. 2l of water, no (very little) processed foods, incorporating pulses/legumes in daily diet, no carbs at night, less dairy & wheat and more protein! one way to achieve this has been to start having breakfast which i never used to do... now i love it! my breakfast of choice at the mo is bran flakes (fiber being gd for digestion), blueberries (loaded with antioxidants) and a banana (energy source for the day), all with either low fat yogurt or milk. yummy!
