Lau, Filippo & Deo came over to mine on Saturday for a Sunday lunch... i've been wanting to have a lingering wine fueled lunch ever since i bought my 10 person wooden table!
we ate, we talked, we laughed, we drank, we danced, we ate some more, we played Risk!
we had such a beautiful meal:
- raw artichoke hearts with olive oil, grana & roasted pistachios
- roast beef with carrots, potatoes & yorkshire puddings
- ginger & lemon cheesecake (recipe to come...)
